We aim to dispatch your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the information below regarding our shipping process.

Made-to-Order Products

At Cork Plaster, every order is manufactured specifically for each customer. Unlike off-the-shelf products, Cork Plaster cannot be pre-made and stored for long periods without compromising its quality.

Once your order is placed, it is produced at our specialist manufacturing facility in Spain. After production, it is transported to our UK warehouse, where it undergoes final checks before being carefully packed and dispatched to your delivery address.

Because of this manufacturing process, delivery times are longer than standard stock items.

Please note:

  • All products are made to order.
  • Production begins once your order has been confirmed.
  • Orders are manufactured in Spain before being shipped to our UK warehouse.
  • Delivery times include production, transport to the UK, and final dispatch.
  • We recommend placing your order well in advance if your project has a specific start date.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment has been received.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, product launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Mainland UK: 10–30 working days
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands: 15–35 working days
  • Northern Ireland: 15–35 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, quantity and delivery location of your order.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Where available, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Large or Heavy Orders

Some orders may be dispatched on a pallet or via a specialist courier due to the weight of the products.

Where applicable, we may contact you before dispatch to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Please ensure there is suitable access for larger delivery vehicles if your order is being delivered on a pallet.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [Insert Email Address].

Where possible, please include:

  • Photographs of the damaged goods
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Delayed Deliveries

At present, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
